With almost 400 members, and growing every day, it is obvious that MHP is a positive influence in the Colorado photographer community.  But why are people joining MHP and what is the benefit to their lives as photographers?  MHP is a way for photographers to meet, converse, learn from each other and build not only relationships but lasting friendships with other photographers.  Photography can be an isolating job; working at home by yourself, sitting in front of a computer, editing, and sometimes you want to get out and meet others who are doing the same.  In addition, MHP can help you spend less time editing.  For example one of our recent monthly meetings was about Lightroom and Photoshop tips and tricks.

The MHP forum is great way to have questions answered and start conversations about topics ranging from customer service to SEO.  We have photo shoots throughout the year, which are a great way to build your photography skills outside the confines of a paying customer.  With MHP you are instantly connected to a huge network of amazing photographers in your area.

The true benefit of MHP is that we’re building a unique community of photographers; a community that doesn’t exist anywhere else, and a community that continues to grow and become stronger.  When you offer your time and talents to MHP and to other photographers in your area you are helping everyone.  You are helping raise the bar for everyone in our industry and that is always a great thing.
